Shipping policy
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in South Africa. Note we do not ship outside of South Africa
We use Courier Guy as our delivery company.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. Courier cost will automatically be calculated when you click on “Checkout”
Your order will be delivered to your door. Please provide a physical address, no P.O boxes.
Once payment has been received/ reflects on our side, items are then processed and (usually) dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been received.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number to track your order once we have handed the parcels over to the courier.
The Courier will take 3 –6 working days (depending on location) to deliver your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Raw NPK Industries South Africa (Pty) Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at npkrawsouthafrica@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs for such cases which are a result of our error (incorrect, faulty, or defective item).
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note:
- A 15% handling fee applies to all returns (excluding defective or incorrect items).
- We aim to process all returns within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for transit time
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
In many cases, you may receive your refund much sooner. However, please allow up to 25 business days for the full refund process to complete.
Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
- Refunds are not issued for discounted items or for products purchased via third-party retailers or distributors.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to assist—subject to stock availability. Standard return conditions apply.
Conditions for Return Refusal
We reserve the right to reject returns that are:
- Used or damaged
- Missing original packaging, or
- Returned after the 14-day window.
Unsuitable items will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
